IF SOME E-MAIL IS BEING BLOCKED (AOL 9.0):

1) Click on the Settings button at the top of the AOL 9.0 window.

2) Scroll down and click on Mail and Spam Controls.

3) Next to Sender Filter: at the bottom of the window, click on the Edit button.

4) Click on    Allow mail from all senders.

Or, if  Use Custom Sender list is selected, click on Use Custom Sender list, then see if any names are in the Blocked List. If there are, then click once on them, then click on the Remove button.

5) Click on Save.

6) Click on Save.
