IF YOU CANNOT SEE THE IMAGES OR CLICK ON THE LINKS IN YOUR AMERICA ONLINE E-MAIL MESSAGES: 

1) Open your AOL 9.0 program

2) Click on Sign On.

3) Click on Read.

4) Click on the Mail Options button at the upper right.

5) Click on Set Mail Preferences.

6) Click to remove the check mark next to:  ü  Hide images and disable links in mail from unknown senders.

7) Click on Save.

8) Try opening an attachment. (You may have to close and then restart the AOL program before this procedure will work.)
