2) Open Netscape.

6) Click on the Save button.

7) Open the Netscape Messenger program.

8) Click on Communicator, then on Address Book.

9) Click on File, then on Save As or Export.

10) Where it says, "Save in:", click on the Down Arrow and then click on 3 ½" Floppy (A:).

11) Where it says, "File name:", type in a file name like "Address Book.ldif"

Note: You should always type in the ".ldif" at the end of the file name so that the computer knows what type of file this is. (That's an "L" and not a number one after the period.)

12) Click on the Save button.

13) When the noise coming from the floppy disk drive stops, close down the Netscape program.

14) Push the button on the front of the floppy disk drive to eject the floppy disk.

15) Be sure to put a label on the floppy disk if it needs one, then write something like "Netscape Bookmarks/Address Book" and the date on it.
