MORE HP DESKJET F4280  INSTRUCTIONS

TO PRINT IN “FAST DRAFT” OR “FAST/ECONOMICAL” MODE TO SAVE INK & TIME:

1) Click on File, then on Print.

2) Click on the Properties or Preferences button.

3) Click on the Printing Shortcuts tab.

4) Click on Fast/Economical printing below.

5) Click on OK.

6) Click on Print or OK.

TO PRINT IN “GRAYSCALE” MODE TO SAVE COLOR INK:

1) Click on File, then on Print.

2) Click on the Properties or Preferences button.

3) Click on the Color tab.

4) Click to put a check mark next to ü Print in grayscale.

5) Click on OK.

6) Click on Print or OK.

TO CHANGE THE DEFAULT OR AUTOMATIC SETTINGS:

1) Open the HP Solution Center program (double-click on the icon on the desktop).

2) Click on the large Settings button at the bottom, then on Print Settings, then on Printer Settings.

3) Make the changes to the default printer settings.

4) Click on OK.
