Phil Matsumoto is a Bachelor of Science graduate of Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. Phil was formerly employed as a staff engineer at Sony Corporation’s Rancho Bernardo plant near San Diego, but has been working as a freelance computer instructor for the past 14 years. In addition to teaching, he assembles computer systems for businesses and private individuals and is a web programmer (www.ezinstructions.com). Phil has resided in San Diego for the past 36 years, and enjoys playing basketball and fly fishing in Montana when he is not working.
